More About Me

I am native to the Puget Sound region, born in Seattle. The growth of the Seattle area has brought constant change, but a lot of Seattle has stayed true to its roots. Each neighborhood in the Pacific Northwest provides its own nuances, based on location and culture. I have a great sense of direction, and together we can get you where you want to be.

I have been close to the industry since an early age. My mother, Molly Neary, has worked for Windermere for 20 years--so you could say real estate runs in the family. She has been an invaluable mentor to this point in my career; bringing experience, overseeing transactions, and providing insight. I also have close relationships with experts in commercial real estate and real estate law. Other team members include a significant network of lenders, title/escrow officers, and contractors. The office support team at Windermere Mercer Island reflects the highest caliber of professionalism. Together we will navigate and ensure your real estate transaction runs smoothly.

Last year, I realized my dream of becoming a first-time homeowner. After years of working towards a purchase, we succeeded in buying a home in West Seattle. It’s been a blessing growing with the Seattle community. I’ve learned first-hand through my experience, allowing to provide a high level of service and value to my clients. I have the vision to see potential where others may shy away, which helps build sustainable equity.

On a personal level, I am a big sports fan. I love basketball at all levels. I've coached as a volunteer for years and at Bainbridge High School. I know what it takes to prepare, improve, and win. I also take advantage of the outdoors: playing tennis, hiking, boating, fishing, and crabbing. Please reach out to me directly, I’d love to help!
